Art Encounter launched our Evanston Mural Arts Program in 2017 with the goal of enriching the landscape of Evanston with bold, beautiful public art. This fall, we are thrilled to celebrate the program's 5th anniversary and the completion of over 25 murals! Meet us at the Hyatt House in Evanston for tacos from La Principal, music by DJ Teebot, an art raffle, and more! Join us as we toast this milestone with our incredible muralists and esteemed community partners, and help us bring even more murals to Evanston.
