JUNE 21 - AUGUST 16, 2025
OPENING RECEPTION | Saturday, June 21, 5:00 – 7:30pm
The word ‘mine’ is both a declaration of ownership, and a verb that describes acts of excavation and extraction. Alex Chitty’s solo exhibition, Mine, is an assembly of new works situated within a former theater. Each artwork leans on borrowed histories, past lives, and accumulative actions, all toying with the notion of how ‘mine’ is, perhaps, an impossibility.
