This is YOUR chance to OWN a Judith Roth or Virginia Mallon artwork and help ARC Gallery continue its mission of supporting artists!! You can purchase tickets for this (online only) virtual fundraising event here.
Each ticket purchased increases your chances in this unique opportunity to become a collector. Tickets are just $10/each! Three tickets are $25. A purchase of five tickets for $50 also makes you an Artist Friend of the gallery. The Artist Friends page gives supporting artists visibility on ARC's website in appreciation for their support of the gallery's mission.
ARC is a woman-run Chicago gallery recognized for its long-standing support of talented artists, showing more than 200 individual artist's work each year for the last 47 years. But this year, as we shelter in place, we face our biggest challenge yet. You can help!
ARC is hosting an online event both to raise much needed funding and to honor two talented women artists who have supported ARC in the past. Judith Roth (July 18, 1935 - February 9, 2019), a former member of ARC, was a highly regarded figurative artist in Chicago. Virginia Mallon is a New York painter and ARC supporter, who has shown her work at the gallery. Through a generous donation of work by Virginia and by Judith's family, ARC is able to mount a fundraising "event" which gives lucky participants the opportunity to become a collector of their work. Simply purchase a ticket to the "Art, and a Time of Solidarity" event and you will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a piece of Judith's or Virginia's work for your collection.
On Friday, July 24, ARC Gallery will host this virtual "event" and live drawing announcing the winners of the five paintings and drawings shown here. Your entry(s) will make you eligible to win one artwork. (Please note that this is an online event only. There will be no in-person event at ARC's Gallery's physical location.)
