Experience a truly unique opportunity to witness an extraordinary art collection that has never been seen before in the United States or Canada. This marks the first time this remarkable collection will be exhibited in the United States, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for art enthusiasts.

Discover the beauty of modern Ukrainian painting at the Classic. Relevant. Exhibition traveling from Ukraine, featuring stunning works of art by top-ranked Ukrainian artists such as Ralko, Tistol, Makov, Yakymchuk, Lystvak, Pinchuk, Budnikov, Matsenko, Solomukha, Gladenko, and Tsagolov.

Curated by renowned collector and philanthropist Andrii Suprunenko, this exhibition showcases modern classics from one of Ukraine's best private collections. The works you will see were created 15-25 years ago under different geopolitical and socio-cultural circumstances, yet remain relevant today, and demonstrate the multidimensionality and deep intuition of Ukrainian modernist style.

Most of the featured artists stood near the origins of the new Ukrainian art, which began in the late 1980s and incredibly blossomed in the late 1990s and early 2000s in independent Ukraine. Despite the rise of innovative technologies, the traditional art forms of canvas and oil, etching, and more are still compelling in this day and age.

Don't miss this opportunity to support Ukraine through the artistic avant-garde arena. Thanks to Suprunenko, Ukrainian artists have had the chance to present their works at Sotheby's auction in London, 2010. Suprunenko is a well-known collector and philanthropist, having taken the 4th place in the list of "TOP-30 Ukrainian collectors" according to Forbes, Ukraine magazine in 2015. Come experience the beauty and relevance of modern Ukrainian art at Classic. Relevant.

Please join us for an enchanting evening of art, live music, refreshments and delectable finger sandwiches at the exhibit opening.

Curators: Andrii Suprunmemko (Kyiv), Maria Klimchak, Sponsor & curator Oles Nachonechny
