Waterscapes convey emotional depth. The artists in the Horizons Exhibition capture the essence of water by reflecting upon abstract shapes of color and light that shimmer on the surface. They are keenly aware of subtle shifts in temperature, mood and atmosphere. They blur the lines between representation and abstraction. See beyond the horizon through their eyes.
This exhibition addresses the fragile relationship humans have with water, our most precious natural resource. Twenty percent of all revenue from sales will be donated to the Alliance for the Great Lakes.
