As part of the University of Chicago’s Homecoming celebration, join the Smart Museum of Art for a virtual panel discussion inspired by Take Care, a new exhibition that seeks to unpack matters of care from the personal to the collective. 

The panel discussion features Brian Callender (Assistant Professor of Medicine, University of Chicago Medical Center) and Andrea Yarbrough(founder of in c/o Black women), who will discuss their own ideas around the forms and effects of care as well as their contributions to Take Care. The panel is moderated by Aneesah Ettress, Curatorial and Academic Engagement Graduate Intern at the Smart Museum.
