Have you ever been just minding your own business…when suddenly you notice the dishwasher or that weird mark on the ceiling looking back at you? 

Yeah. That’s PAREIDOLIA - patterns, faces, or forms that we see in otherwise unremarkable, unrelated objects.

ShadowBoxX is assembling a group of artists from across the country who have captured this phenomenon in their works.

Pareidolia will feature paintings, drawings, carvings, stitchwork, assemblage, and prints. No digital, no AI, just hands and materials, juried by the ShadowBoxX Collective.
