Several city blocks will be closed to provide entertainment during the 20th iteration of Downtown Racine’s Party on the Pavement event on Saturday, September 16. RAM will be open with FREE museum admission andextended gallery hours from noon until 6:00 pm.

Join RAM for a Free Family Hands-on Art Activity from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. All are invited to create paper spinners inspired by Carlos Estavez's ceramic plate that is currently displayed in Gathering Voices at RAM: 20 Years of Building America's Largest Contemporary Craft Collection.

The public is also invited to collaborate on a large-scale community art piece, adding their finished paper spinners to a wall full of colorful, movable art! Make sure to give the crafted circles a spin to create motion and movement throughout the piece.
