The annual show is a finale exhibition of Plein Air Painters Chicago’s season of outdoor painting, which is from April through October. The group paints every weekend, this year from as far north as Chicago Botanic Garden down to Jackson Park. Visitors will see nearly one hundred paintings of various neighborhood landmarks, as well as the unmarked yet familiar corners of the city. All paintings are for sale on site at the Palette and Chisel Academy and online at paletteandchisel.org/exhibitions. Join us for the opening reception on Saturday, December 4. The galleries are open Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00-5:00 and during the week by appointment.
