A Few Words about Participating in this Zoom format:

This virtual paint out and critique is an experiment. Bear with us as we work though the technology for this purpose... we are innovatin'. We have participated in other meetings and we've practiced some of the hand offs... there will be something unforeseen..

As we get started, please mute yourself on the Zoom system at the lower left corner. Make a sign for your family and dog that you are in a Zoom meeting. We hear what you hear. We will mute participants while the Guest Artist is doing critiques and open lines for discussion. Whenever your line is open we will hear you, your cat, your phone, you on the phone, your grandchildren, your tv, coffee grinder and the garbage disposal. Please find a quiet place to participate.

Keep in mind when you participate that we see your surroundings too. Take a look at what's behind you. Dirty dishes? Laundry? We'll get to see the real you. And, don't make the mistake that Jimmy Fallon highlighted last night of someone taking their phone with them into the bathroom . TMI!!! Your movements, as you move around or you carry your phone or laptop can be distracting. We don't recommend multitasking when we are in the field nor for this event.

We will ask for your feedback afterward and learn from this experiment.
