Rescheduled: Palomar (Part 2) Walk-through

Wednesday, Jul 1, 2026 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
University of Chicago, 5811 S. Ellis Ave., Cobb Hall, 4th Fl., Chicago, IL, 60637

(RESCHEDULED FROM JUNE 18)

For this informal tour of Part 2 of Palomar, Karsten Lund, Senior Curator at the Renaissance Society, talks about the latest evolution of this multi-part exhibition and shares some thoughts about various works on view. A group exhibition that begins by looking up to the sky, Palomar is ultimately about many other things, too: time and technology, beauty and loss, the moment we’re living in and the long arc of humankind beneath the sun and the stars.
