Due to popular demand, we’ve added Sundays to our annual Santa event! Art projects, lively story time, and sing-a-longs provide fun for the entire family. Don’t forget to have your picture taken with Santa Claus! This year with a World’s Fair twist in celebration of our current exhibition, Treasures from the White City: The Chicago World’s Fair of 1893.
Presented in partnership with The Joffrey Ballet’s The Nutcracker, boldly reimagined against the backdrop of Chicago’s 1893 Fair. The thoughtfully revised tale recounts the Christmas adventures of young Marie and her mother, a sculptress—during construction of the magical White City!
