Join the artists and makers for this all-building reception celebrating the new exhibitions:

  • Interfaces  (Corinna Button)
  • The Presidential Library Project: Black Presidential Imaginary  (James Britt, Rashayla Brown, Aisha Cousins, Zachary Fabri, Lamont Hamilton, Billy McGuinness, Shonna Pryor, Deb Sokolow and Nate Young, curated by Ross Jordan)
  • Art for the (Un)Common Public (Oluwafemi Ajenifuja, Menelik Barberouss, Lauren Calvin, LeShawn Cox, Will Curry, Jiawei (Laura) Gong, Walela Greenlee, Amir Hardeman, Genevieve Liu, Kendall Mensah, Nicholas Pelster Johnson, VaChanta Sims, and Krist Vinotai)

A performance with a score of a remixed version of the National Anthem by Aisha Cousins will occur at 3pm in conjunction with The Presidential Library Project: Black Presidential Imaginary.

Programming exercises in self-education will also run in conjunction with the exhibition PUBLIC SCHOOL as well as our free drop-in family art making activities taking place in the Oakman Clinton School and Studios.

Light refreshments will be provided. Additional parking provided at Harper Court Parking Garage.
