Enrich Chicago offers a workshop in partnership with Chicago Regional Organizing for Anti-Racism (CROAR), where participants explore an introductory analysis of systemic racism, and begin to discern how this analysis shapes their lived experiences and work in the arts. Participants also examine basic strategies for dismantling racism within their organization.

ENRICH CHICAGO
Enrich Chicago is a collective of nearly 40 arts and philanthropic organizations that are committed to ending racism and systemic oppression in the arts sector. They aim to advance our collective vision of a flourishing, sustainable, and equitable arts sector, and irrevocably change racist structures so that African, Latinx, Asian, Arab, and Native American (ALAANA) artists, arts organizations, and people thrive. These initiatives work to address and drive change at each level of impact—individual, organization, and sector.
