TPAN provides life saving health care and services for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and a range of related health challenges. Through its home on Chicago’s North Side, TPAN serves nearly 2,000 individuals per year, impacting a diverse community  of clients across the life-span – from homeless LGBTQ youth to older adults who are longtime survivors of HIV. TPAN also delivers a lifeline of education and health information that spans the country, through publication of the nationally circulated health and HIV treatment magazinePositively Aware, which reaches more than 100,000 readers each year.

The Night Ministry is a Chicago-based organization that works to provide housing, health care and human connection to members of our community struggling with poverty or homelessness.

Through The Night Ministry's Health Outreach Bus, Youth Outreach Van and Youth Shelter Network, each year The Night Ministry provides services to 5,200 adults, teens including the LGBTQ community, pregnant and new moms who have nowhere else to go.


GiGi's Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center’s mission is to change the way the world views Down syndrome through national campaigns, educational programs, and by empowering individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the community. GiGi's offers free therapeutic and educational programming to individuals with Down syndrome and their families.No need to RSVP - Bring your friends.
