Monthly Screenings at the Chicago Grand Gallery
This summer, our gallery is thrilled to launch Movie Club, a new monthly series dedicated to international, independent, and cult classic films. Each month, our space transforms into an intimate screening room where art lovers and film fans alike gather to experience thoughtfully selected movies that spark conversation and connection. Screenings are followed by open discussions and opportunities to linger, reflect, and connect. Membership is $15/month and supports the continuation of this program. All members are welcome to attend each screening, with snacks and drinks available for purchase with the option of BYOB. Proceeds from concessions are donated to humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.
Our next screening is The Living Fire (2016). A documentary filmed over he course of four years. This project captures the lives of three generations of shepherds in the Ukrainian Carpathians, highlighting their efforts to preserve a centuries-old tradition amid the pressures of modern life.
Join us as we bring cinema into conversation with art—one film at a time.
